Studio Classes: Plan and schedule your studio classes. Choose from our wide variety of Strength, Cardio, HIIT, Circuit, and Stretching classes using todays hottest fitness methods, including Barre, Rebounding, Aerial Silks and Yoga. Our workouts are designed to give you a quick escape from your busy life to get a full-body workout that enhances the mind - body connection and challenges your body in new ways so you continue to break plateaus and see results.

Live-Stream: Experience the energy of our studio classes from home or on-the-go. Schedule your livestream class and simply click the link to tune in when it is go-time...right from the App! The interactive experience will be just like you are sweating in the studio with us. Your screen will show the live class, and if you opt to keep on your camera, the class and trainer can also see and interact with you from the studio screen. Your trainer will also be able to give you personalized form tips, modifications, or advancements when needed. Connect to a smart TV and sweat with us on the big screen for a completely immersive experience.

Video On-Demand: Access our extensive library of pre-recorded workouts and live classes - anytime, anywhere. No equipment is necessary. Choose from 10-minute, 15-minute, 30-minute, 45-minute and 60-minute workouts focusing on upper body, lower body, booty {glutes}, thighs, Abs, core, plank, balance, HIIT, Circuit, barre, rebounding and stretch. We also have a Kids Club selection to help keep kids active through fun, upbeat music & movement led by former "Survivor" Star and high school principal.

Private & Semi-Private Training: Whether you prefer a one-on-one training experience or a smaller group setting among friends, either in-person or virtually, you can also book private appointments right from the app. You choose the time that works best for you, and we will tailor the session to meet your individual fitness needs.

Challenges & Programs: Stay motivated and accountable by participating in our quarterly challenges such as our Self Love Challenge, B.Renewed Challenge and 20/30 Challenges.
